  Overall a VERY POOR experience both as a pet owner and as a customer. The staff here are rude and liars and have no interest in the well being of the pets themselves, just their own profits.

  Always Great to my animals. They call to remind of yearly vaccinations and to check on your pets if they are under their care/taking medications. Friendly staff and they always remember you.

  Consistently impressed with how hard this team works. My 17-y-o cat has chronic renal failure and hyperthyroidism and they balance his medications so that he has an excellent, happy quality of life. (And they worked hard to do so, too.) They call, unprompted, to check on how he's doing. Highly recommend them.

  got no updates forthcoming from the vet regarding the status of the pet, we had to call ourselves despite being promised that they would contact us to keep us up to date.
