    Went in the Fredericton store recently with my friend to buy a hamster for her 20th birthday. The girl working there was rude and refused to sell us a hamster based on unreasonable grounds. Thanks for ruining my best friends birthday. #unimpressed

    I wish they had more in terms of their fish and small critter selection, I also find some items to be incredibly overpriced, but all-in-all it's a wonderful spot to take your pet to buy new treats and toys on sale! The pet perks is a nice add-on, too. :) Friendly and helpful staff; lovely crowd, most of the time, too.

    Great selection but the staff is uninformed about their products and animals. Under staffed as I have waited over a half hour for fish and other pets. Birds are snatched mid flight causing an irreversible fear of humans and hermit crabs are without a proper depth of substrate, they also dont supply any salt water for them.

    Good selection of items no matterwhat pet you have. The staff if frendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help.
