  My husband had a very good massage here, he would go back (Scott) was very professional and offered great suggestions for dealing with his degenerative disk disease.

  My husband contacted Massage Experts regarding this and has not heard a word back. I planned on just finding a new facility and not leaving a review, but the lack of response was enough prompt.

  I had a not so great massage. My therapist seemed nice, but she didn't take cues that I just wanted to relax and get the massage. When I flipped to my back for the shoulder / arm massage she thought it was appropriate to comment about how she got rid of her 'batwings' and discussed at length how she lost 60lbs without trying. I mean, I'm paying to feel better because I have a chronic illness. I am aware of my short comings, I felt so judged and cried in the car. Of all places to be made poignantly aware of how lacking you are, almost naked and on a massage table with someone who was a stranger to me wouldn't make the top of my list.
