  I lived in 51 Fieldstone Court for nearly 3 years and had a great residential experience. It was a close walking distance to everything essential; it’s right beside 2 bus stops; the neighbors are quiet and friendly; the apartment is like-new condition and maintained regularly by Colpitts staff. The residential supervisor (or landlord) Mandy is very prompt with solving any issues or problems that may arise.

  They robbed us blind. Kept our damage deposit because they said the place wasn’t clean. (I hired a cleaning company) they said they had to pay a person to remove the washer and dryer which we left behind (untrue since I currently HAVE them in my possession) and charged us for keys that we “didn’t return” even though we left them on the counter at their request. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find someone else to rent from.

  I rented a unit at 29 Abbott court for 1 year. The amenities provided and services offered were excellent. I have rented many places in Fredericton and surrounding areas and Colpitts is among the best. Service calls were answered promptly, and the common areas were kept clean and were always well lit. I would highly recommend Colpitts Developments to anyone looking for a rental.
