    I am a koodo customer for more then four years and I visited this store frequently. I always had excellent experience in terms of customer service, but since last two times it turns to the worst. The guy working there looked annoyed by just simple questions and very rude while talking. He did not had correct information about the phones and when I correct him politely his answe was, "You can't expect me to know all the prices of phones we carry." I asked him very politely but his response was not. After a while I just left because of rude behavior by the staff. I am never going back at this store again.

    Terrible customer service. They can’t (or refuse) to help with problems you are having with their phones or service. If you have a problem they typically send you somewhere else to avoid having to deal with it, it has happened to me 3 times. I’m not sure if this is generally how Koodo deals with things, but I guess that’s how they operate in the regent mall, Fredericton.
