  I don't know if others were treated differently by different staff, but my experience was horrible. I was told to come at 2:30 and upon my arrival i was told it will be a bit of wait. I waited till 3:30 and left since no one told me any ETA or even acknowledged my presence. Also when i booked for appointment i wasn't even asked for a name and number which seemed odd. The person who was working at that time was "Jeff". The experience was a total time waste and rude on their part. Definitely will go else where.

  HONESTY & RESPECT, that's what you'll get when you take your car here. Overall, it's probably the best place to get your car serviced in the Fredericton area. What a gem of a spot!

  Buddy was very rude on the phone. I called and asked how much an M.V.I was and he snapped and said "it's the same everywhere. $35."and I said okay sorry I was just asking because I received a 50% off card and was wondering if it was valid here. He said "does it have my name on it? No, probably not."

  My father and I have been taking our vehicles to Mills for many years and have received nothing but great service. The staff are friendly and very honest with their work. A garage you can trust.

  Super super rude service- customer service makes the difference for me and these guys don't deserve my business which is too bad for them cause my car needs some major work. Called up crown auto and he was so polite and professional. I highly reccomend crown autorotate 180 riverside drive:)
